2.Why does the steering wheel control not work?
Please confirm if the accessory includes a Can-bus first
1）If the product does not include a Canbus, please go to "Settings - Vehicle Settings - General - Steering Wheel Control Type - Learning Type".
2）If the product includes a Canbus, please first check that the 8-pin interface of the Canbus cable is properly connected, then select the Canbus type, and the steering wheel control function will work. If you are unsure of the Canbus model, please contact customer service.
3.How to connect wireless Carplay and Android Auto?
For the first connection, need to turn on the phone’s Bluetooth to pair with the car’s Bluetooth.
